Confirmation letter with all relevant details will be shared as soon as possible after organisers tally all details of your exhibition registration application and payment made. You are requested not to make any calls just to check if your registration has been accepted, since all efforts will be made to confirm as soon as possible. Final decision will rest with the organisers about the exhibition stall, based on their discretion and inquiries. If for some reason the stall has to be denied, any payment made will be refunded. We would however like to advise strongly that you should go ahead and book your travel tickets straightaway, without losing any time.
